At Y2KPHONES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your retro tech purchase. If your device isn't the perfect throwback for you, we offer a 30-day return window for all electronics in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Device

  Carefully place the phone, original accessories, and documentation into the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device to verify its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
